2007 Illinois Package X
We will no longer produce the Illinois Package X. Please use our web site to download tax forms or use Form IL-703, Request for 2007 Illinois Tax Forms, to order forms. Form IDR-341, Tax Information Request, is now used only to join our tax professional list in order to receive updated informational bulletins and publications.
WIT Non-filer Notices
The department inadvertently sent non-filer notices to a number of Withholding Income Tax (WIT) filers for the third quarter of 2007.The error was a result of a timing issue involved with shutting down the old WIT system in anticipation of moving to a new computer system.Taxpayers who filed an IL-941 for the third quarter and received a non-filer notice in late November or early December can ignore that notice.
Taxpayers with questions should call the phone number on their notice.
